when I go to send the invoice I hit the view detail blue spot but it will not open or show anything. also the invoice number does not show anywhere , even on the subject it just say Invoice (inv No.) but no number is shown.

Let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue you encountered when sending invoices.

 

To begin with, let's log into your account through an incognito window to isolate the possibility of a browser-related issue. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Control + Option + P

 

If you're able to connect the account, you may continue from there, or you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
