I'm here to help you set price points for the same item, Jamie104.

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can set up Advanced Pricing and use price rules to automatically adjust item prices on sales. However, this is only available in the US version of QBDT Enterprise with a Platinum Subscription.

To turn on Advanced Pricing, here's how:

  1. Click Edit in the menu tab and select Preferences.
  2. Tap Sales & Customers and choose Company Preferences.
  3. In Custom Pricing, hit Enable Advanced Pricing.
  4. Choose how QuickBooks handles price rounding.
  5. Once done, select OK.

Once done, we can now create price rules. Refer to Step 2 in this article for detailed steps: Set up and use Advanced Pricing.

When advanced pricing is activated, you can use price levels to set up custom pricing for particular customers or jobs and use this feature on sales forms to adjust the price of an item.

Here's how you can apply a price level directly to items on your invoice:

  1. Create an invoice.
  2. Go to the Rate column. Select the drop-down and choose a price level to apply to the item. Note that the amount shown next to each price level is the adjusted amount of the item.
  3. Save the transaction.

Lastly, I'll add this resource to guide you about the different reports available in QBDT and how to personalize them: Understand reports.

Tap the reply button below if you have other concerns about managing invoices or using price levels in QBDT. I'll be around to assist.
