When we print invoices a black square box pops up on the document. No reason for it, it just shows up. Ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, Sweigl. I appreciate you providing a copy of an invoice.

 

Your Please Pay section on invoices is designed to be there if you've customized an invoice to display it. This section in particular appears when using the Friendly invoice template.

 

Here's an image showing the difference in templates:
 

 

The template you're using and its color can be changed while editing a template.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Use your Gear icon in the top-right.
  2. Go to Custom form styles.
  3. Locate the invoice template you're working with and click its Edit option.
  4. To change your template, hit Change up the template, then choose which template you'd like to use.
  5. For changing your template's color, click Try other colors and pick a preferred option.
  6. Make any other necessary changes.
  7. Select Done.

 

Now your PDF copies of invoices will be able to print and display as you've designed them.
