Can I set up auto e-mail for invoices to a specific customer once the invoice is created.

Welcome to the Community space, @Dawn07. I have information on automatically emailing invoices to customers in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

Please know that in QBDT, the option to set a default delivery method for invoices is unavailable. Once the transaction or invoice is ready, it is necessary to manually select the Email button on the invoice page to deliver them to your customers via email.

 

A way to streamline creating and sending invoices to customers in QBDT is through the Memorized Transaction feature. By utilizing this option, you'll get a reminder every time your transaction is due. QuickBooks then automatically enters your memorized transactions to save time while ensuring you can email them to your customers promptly.
