I can help you show invoice details when emailing your customers, Todd. I'll guide you through the process.

In QuickBooks Online(QBO), the information displayed in each emailed invoice depends on the settings configured on your online delivery options. To show invoice details, let's update your settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Navigate to Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Sales tab.
  4. Head to the Online delivery section.
  5. On the Additional email options for invoices dropdown, choose HTML.
  6. Hit Save and Done.

Moreover, turning on spell check depends on the type of browser you're using. You can check out Google Chrome Spell Checker or Mozilla Firefox Spell Checker for guidance.

I've also added this article to help you personalize your sales forms to make them professional-looking: Customizing invoices and estimates in QBO.

Finally, you can check out this resource when you're ready to accept you're customer's payment: Record invoice payments in QBO.
