I would like to automatically be bcc'd on all invoices I send out. Now I manually type in my email in the bcc field; I would like this to happen automatically.  I'm using Quickbooks Enterprise.

Not to worry, amysakert. I've got just the steps you'll need to automatically Bcc'd on all send-out invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.

Please follow the steps I've outlined below:

  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  2. In the left panel and select Send Forms.
  3. Select the Company Preferences tab.
  4. Click OK.

I've attached a screenshot for your visual reference:

Moving forward, you'll get a copy of all send-out invoices.

If you want to customize form templates, please see this article to learn how: Use and customize form templates.

I'll be here to assist if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

I have tested this in every way possible (that I can imagine) and I still do not receive bcc invoices in QB Enterprise 21. Please advise!! Hey

Thank you for joining the thread, @GatorEE96. I'll clear things up for you about the BCC option in sending forms using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise 21.

I can confirm that the steps provided by my colleague @GlinetteC above are accurate. Please take note that you'll see this change apply exclusively to new invoices.

In this example, I set sample@email3.com as the email address that will automatically appear in the BCC field.

On the Send Forms page, you'll see the system automatically fills the BCC field with the email address I stated above:

If you don't see these forms in your Inbox, you can check the Junk folder. I also suggest referring to this article for additional information: Receive important email messages from Intuit. It has troubleshooting steps for specific email providers you can use.

Please don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have other questions about sending emails from QBDT. I'll be right around the corner, ready to lend a hand. Enjoy the rest of the day!
