iOS app glitch is

iOS QuickBooks app. When I click the + button under “bank deposits” a loading screen shows up for a minute followed by “there seems to be a problem loading this feature”

I’ve tried deleting app and redownloading. Updating iOS software. Turn phone on and off. Google search has shown some people have been having this issue for a long time. Please help.

Hi Bryan, 

Thanks for the message. I did reach out to customer service over the phone and was informed that I should wait it out because maybe it’s being worked on and I should try again over the next few days. I was hoping someone might have some input that I didn’t get over the phone today.
