Is anyone else being asked to pay for basic (included for the last 4 years at least) Time Entries section today?

Start by reviewing your Subscription and Billing information to ensure you have the Essential, Plus, or Advanced version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) including the Time Entries feature. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log into your QBO account.
2. Click the Gear Icon, then choose Subscription and Billing under Profile.
   
   

Furthermore, if you're using the Time tab in the left panel to enter time entries, note that a separate subscription is needed for integration with your QBO account. You can refer to the visual reference provided below:

However, I recommend contacting our live support team if you're adding time entries by using the + New icon at the upper right corner of the dashboard. This feature should be part of your subscription plan, and you should not incur any charges for using it.
