Greetings, @pnsaccount.

I've check here on my end and found no reported issues about the error message you received. The error message simply means there's something wrong on the website's server you're trying to access. This could also be the result of stored cache from the browser.

Rest assured I’m here to help and ensure you’ll be able to access your reports. To start, let’s open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private or incognito window and access the reports from there.

You can use these keyboard shortcuts for reference depending on the browser you're using:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: Command + Option + P

If you’re able to access your reports via a private window, then I recommend clearing your regular browser’s cache. Doing so prevents this unusual behavior to occur in the future. If the error persists, try using other browsers. That way, we can see if this is a browser-related issue.

Furthermore, once you’re able to access your reports, check out this article for your future reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. This link provides detailed steps on how you can generate a report base on the information you need.

If there’s anything else I can help you with about reports or managing your QBO account, you can always tag me in your reply. I’m only a few clicks away from you. Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
