Welcome to Community space, @bhalvo2965. I'll share some news about being unable to print with iMac - 14.0 Sonoma software.

I've checked my resources and verified a current investigation (INV-93599) where all transactions do not print via the MAC Sonoma release. As much as I want to help you, this might require personal information that we cannot share here. I recommend contacting our Support Team so that they can add you to the list of affected users to ensure you receive solutions as soon as they're available.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.

There are a few workarounds that can help you move forward and get back to business:

1) If you'd like to print an Invoice, change the Template to Airy New. You can do so in the Custom Form Styles page or under Customize on an existing Invoice. Printing it directly from Adobe once downloaded to your machine is also applicable.

2) If you're referring to a report, please export it to Excel or download it as a PDF and print it from Adobe rather than from the browser.

3) Consider signing in to QBO using Windows or a Mac machine that is not on the Sonoma OS release.

Your patience and understanding in this situation are much appreciated. Not to worry, we'll be also updating this thread once we receive updates. In the meantime, let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
