QuickBooks Accounting iOS app crashes when opening expense PDF attachments. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no effect. Crashing started about 1 month ago.

I appreciate what you've done on your end, Borges. Since the issue persists, let me redirect you to our support team.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

I have called in twice already. The first time I was told Intuit no longer supports the app (even though I get regular updates). The second time I was told all I could do was uninstall and reinstall the app. I think I need QuickBooks Accounting app support as the QuickBooks Online support folks don’t know about the app.

I can see that you already did everything you could to fix the issue, borges.

Please know that we don't have a support team specific for the QuickBooks Accounting app only. Instead, you can reach out to our QBO support once more for further checking and help.

In addition, feel free to read this article for guidance which apps are supported by Intuit: Apps that work with QuickBooks Online.

I'm still with you if you have any other concerns about QuickBooks Online or the app. I'll respond as soon as possible.

I have the same issue. What a shame! It’s been ongoing for couple of months now. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver.

The QuickBooks Accounting App version 24.03.3 opens PDFs just fine on an iPhone X. The same app version on the iPhone 15 Pro crashes when attempting to open PDFs. Hopefully that helps the support team figure this out.
