Is it possible to change the standard e-mail address that gets used when you check the box "Send me a copy"?

Hi, Is it currently possible to change the e-mail address that gets used when you check the box "Send me a copy" on a sales invoice? When I check that box, it sends it to the company e-mail account that is saved on QB online and I don't see any way to change that without changing the company e-mail address, which I do not want to do.

 

I also do not want it to send the copy to the same person everytime, but rather to whoever is logged in at that moment.  

 

Is it possible for the copy to be sent to the e-mail address of the user who is currently signed into QB online?

We've got some information to share on how the Email me a copy feature works in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Celine.

 

The option to automatically send the e-mail address of the logged-in user is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We need to manually enter the user's email address in the Company email field. Then, place a checkmark in the Email me a copy at [your email address] box in the Messages section. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. From the Your Company column, choose Account and Settings.
  3. Tap Company and choose Contact info.
  4. From there, enter the email address of the user in the Company email field. Then, press Save.
  5. Go to the Sales tab on the left.
  6. In the Messages section, tap the Edit icon (pencil image).
  7. Put a checkmark in the Email me a copy at [your email address] box.
  8. Click Save and press Done once you're through.

 

From there, you can update it from time to time whenever who sign in at that time.
