I'd like to ask if you've encountered any issues upon downloading your bank transactions. Also, which bank are you using to download your transactions? I'd like to know more about what you've been trying to do and why you haven't been able to do it. This information will allow me to gain a better understanding and resolve the problems you're experiencing.

 

In the meantime, I recommend checking your bank account website for any messages, notifications, or alerts about ongoing updates and issues. 

 

If you're still having trouble after contacting your bank and have verified that there isn't any ongoing maintenance, try opening your QBO account in an incognito or private web browser. After that, let's refresh your bank connection with QBO by utilizing the Update feature. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions. 
  2. Click on the Update tab.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.
