Question

Is there a customer service email where you can send your question to a human who might read and respond to your email? I'm having the WORST time getting help :(

I've tried help, and chat which is a robot that gives me the same list of "non-helpful" answers over and over again. I tried email xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx  and was responded to with an auto email saying that I had to click a link for a help service which took me to a screen that says I should click the help button when I need help. Obviously the first thing I did hours ago was click the help button! The help button just starts the whole process over again. I know that Quickbooks has to close at night but if there is anyone who knows of an email address where a human may answer me during business hours. Even days later I would be over-joyed! TY.

They don't provide any email address for support. Any specific concern?

Fiat Lux - ASIA is right. There isn't any email address that we can provide for you to connect with our support team. Instead, you can contact them directly for any concerns you have with QuickBooks. 

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.

The entire issue is that I cannot sign in. It is ridiculous to force a user to sign in to get access to real customer support. The sign-in page freezes on loading on multiple browsers over multiple days.
