Hello there! We are delighted to see you in our Community space, and we appreciate your thoughts and ideas about having a QR code in your QuickBooks checking.

First, make sure that your invoice must be pay enabled. It means that you need an active merchant account and enable this option for the invoice to be paid online. To see if this feature is activated on your end, open an invoice and click Print and Preview to see if this is enabled.

Second, the QR code feature is only available to Airy new template. Follow the steps below to create one:

  1. Go to Sales, then choose Invoices.
  2. Select the invoice and click Edit Invoice.
  3. Click Manage, then choose Design.
  4. Under Other Templates, click on Manage. This will route you to Custom form styles.
  5. If you have already created one, choose the Airy new template. If you haven't, click on New Style and create one.

Also, we recommend visiting the QuickBooks Apps site to find an app that suits your business requirements. Alternatively, you can do this within your company by navigating to the Apps section in the left panel and entering a keyword in the search field.
