Is There a Way to Check and See How Many List Entries I've Used?

Hello,

I'm at my limit for List Entries (10,000) and about to Condense my Company File to make room for more.

Is there a way, after I condense, to see how many list entries I have used and how many are available moving forward?

Yes. While on the QuickBooks desktop, press the F2 button. Your lists and their counts will appear on the F2 window in the lower right corner.
