is there a way to insert a line while you recording Memorize Journal entry in Quickbook Desktop?

Yes. You can insert a row on most transaction tables in QuickBooks - including the Journal - by using the key combination Ctrl-Insert, or by picking Insert Line from the Edit menu.
Click on the row below where you want to insert a row and the new blank row will be created above it.
