Question

is there a way to make the subaccounts show in management reports?

In my custom P&L, the subaccounts appear. When that report is pulled into a management report, only the parent account displays.

Your management report should include the subaccounts, newyorktutor. Since they're not visible on your end, let's begin troubleshooting your browser to rule out any cache issues.

Please log in to your QBO account using a private browsing window. This will provide a fresh session without any stored browser data affecting performance. Here are the shortcuts for opening a private window in different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, open the P&L report in the management section again. If the subaccount shows, clear your regular browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. You can also consider using other devices and supported browsers  to ensure everything works as expected.
