Hi there, @rodgerchristy-cr. I'll guide you on how to print the voided check in QuickBooks Online.

In QBO, there are two ways to print voided checks. If you want to print a single check, you can search and select the voided check using the Magnifying Glass icon, then click the Print check button at the bottom part of the screen. However, if you can't find the check using this method, you can check the audit history. Here's how to do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Audit log under the Tools section.
  2. Filter the UserDate Changed or Events.
  3. Select voided transaction, then click View.
  4. You can directly print the transaction history by clicking the Print icon. If you want to print the check itself, you can click the Check ID: blue hyperlink to route you on the check.

The next option that you can do is to run a Transaction List by Date report. This way, you can print all voided checks in one page. You may refer to these steps to be guided:

  1. Go to Reports, then search the report in the Find report by name field.
  2. Select the Switch to Classic view.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. Select the date range of the report.
  5. In the Filter section, select Check as the Transaction type.
  6. Enter Voided in the Memo field, then click Run Report.
  7. Click the Print icon to proceed.
