Is there a way to update multiple customers at once

Is there an answer to the question that has been asked 100+ times?  How can I make bulk updates to my customers? Is there an import option (I am not paying to use another application). We have 1,000+ customers and it would be a complete waste of time and efficiency to manually update customers individually (one at a time). Please help. Thanks!

I'm here to address your concern about updating multiple customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Customers are set up individually, therefore, they can only be updated one at a time. The option to bulk update customers is a good way to save time. However, this is feature is unavailable.

As of July 2022, is there now a way to do this mass update? Still struggling to do manual updates in QBO

I appreciate your effort in asking for updates regarding the option to update multiple customers simultaneously.

 

As of this writing, the said option is still unavailable. Our developers may need to review this. In the meantime, I encourage you to share your ideas and opinion regarding this feature through our feedback forum.
