It's nice to see you here in the QuickBooks Community, kensgirl1. Yes, there is a way to access an old 1099 that was filed in 2021 and 2022 in QuickBooks. Let me walk you through the procedures to complete this process.

If you E-filed the mentioned form above, you have to log in to your 1099 E-File Service account to view the previous one.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://iop.intuit.com/login/login.jsf?only1099=1.
  2. Enter your Intuit login credentials.
  3. Click Sign In
  4. Select View past forms page.
  5. Download the forms. You can also print them.

However, if the 1099 is manually filed in QuickBooks, you can view and get it by going to the 1099 filings tab. Please follow the instructions outlined below.

  1. Go to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Taxes menu and select 1099 filings.
  3. Choose View 1099 to see a PDF copy.

If you don't see the archived or previously submitted 1099, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Support Team. They have the tools to look at and get a copy of the 1099.

Lastly, if you need to submit a 1099 correction due to incorrect information, you can open this article on how to perform the process: Create and file 1099s with QuickBooks Online.

Let me know how this goes and post a reply below if you have further questions about viewing a copy of your 1099 forms in QBO. I'm always here to help, kensgirl1, Take care always.
