Two issues that I am experiencing right now:
1. I was unable to change the email address associated with the business. I keep getting the following error message: we need to make sure you're you first. refresh the page and try again error message on Intuit. Then, the page refreshes automatically and I land on the login page. I log in, try changing the email and get the error message again. Calling to support team didn't resolve the issue.
2. I am unable to work in QBO as I keep getting the following error message: You and System Administration were working on this at the same time. System Administration finished before you did, so your work was not saved. However, I don't have this company opened anywhere else.
Has anyone experienced the same? Was it successfully resolved?

I understand that this unexpected behavior can be frustrating, @AnaVish. We want you to know that we're doing everything to find a solution as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.

As per checking on my end of your first concern, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-100520), unable to update the email address. We don't have a specific timeframe as to when the issue is resolved. However, please rest assured that our team engineers are working together to find a solution as soon as possible.

If you haven't contacted our support team yet, I suggest reaching out to them to add your name to the list of affected users, and they'll notify you of the updates via email.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Regarding your second concern, you can try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser as it ignores websites from using cookies and won’t record any history and data. Use these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you encounter the same issue, try clearing your browser's cache and switching to a different supported browser if you get the same result.
