Issues printing invoices on Macbook Pro in QBO

I have been trying to print invoices from quickbooks online, as I always have done, and the invoices continue to print with minimal formatting and no line item/client info (see picture). This started happening after I updated my Macbook. Everything prints normally from other computers and my ipad - only computer affected is my Macbook. Has anyone ran into something similar?

Based on what you shared, some information on the invoices is missing when you print them using your MacBook. We have an ongoing investigation (INV-93599) regarding printing invoices via PDF Mac. If you wish to have an update about the resolution status via email, contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users. 

 

To contact our support, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your issue and concern in the field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Tap the Chat or Callback option.

 

Rest assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve your issue and get your business up and running again. 

 

In the meantime, we'll add a workaround to help you move forward. You can change the template to Airy New to print your invoices. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Select New style.
  3. Click the edit dropdown.
  4. Choose the Change up the template.
  5. Choose Airy New. 
  6. Hit Done.
  7. If you wish to share your screen, select Share access. 
  8. Click Deny if you don't want to share access.

Changing the invoice settings to Airy New allows me to print in the interim. Thank you!

I have been having the same issue since the last update. I contacted customer service the day of the update and they could not figure it out. still cannot print invoices from my Mac. Other computers yes. I need a fix asap
