It is UNACCEPTABLE that I can no longer print an invoice from the invoice screen w the new template tthat we HAVE to use on May 1st.. What is happening?

Beforehand, the Print and Download option is on the lower right corner of the invoice page from the Review and Send drop-down for the new invoice templates. Also, we can still print batch invoices from the Sales menu on the Invoices page. Select the invoices and click the Batch actions drop-down, then tick Print.

If you can't see the options, this might be a browser-related issue that affects the view and performance of your QuickBooks. We can start by opening your QBO account using a private window by using either of these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If it works, you can return to your original browser and clear its cache, not the cookies to start fresh. You can also use another supported, up-to-date browser that is already installed to narrow down the results.
