Item error

We’re having an issue with the Item Charge. The API says it doesn’t exist, but we see it on the website. This blocks our synchronization as we can’t retrieve or create it.

Since this is an API concern, I'd recommend contacting our Intuit Developers to locate the item charge and configure the connection between QBO and your website. Here's how to reach them:
 

  1. Head to the Intuit Developer Community page.
  2. Click Find a Forum.
  3. Choose QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  4. Click Ask a question.
  5. Post your concerns and click on Ask.
