I purchased this program last week, can i enter all items from 2022?

Hello, it's nice seeing you here. I've got information and steps for adding items manually in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

We can manually enter and add product or service items when creating invoices. Also, please know that we can't import item lists to QBSE. However, we can import transactions seamlessly.

 

To guide you in manually entering items from an invoice, refer to these steps:

 

  1. In your QBSE account, click Invoices on the left menu bar.
  2. Select the Invoices tab and click Create Invoice.
  3. Enter all specific and necessary details.
  4. From the Product or Service section, click Add product or service.
  5. Click Add new and enter its name, description, and amount.
  6. Then, click Save.
  7. Once done, select Save.

 

You'll now have these items present on your newly purchased program.
