Yes, it's possible to obtain your transactions and import them into QuickBooks Online (QBO), steven.

First off, are you referring to downloading your bank transactions? Some financial institution downloads the last 90 days, while others allow up to 24 months when you connect your account to QBO.

To import more than 90 days of transactions, you need to get a CSV file from your bank's website and select the date range you want to import. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Choose the blue tile for the account you'll upload the transactions into.
  3. Tap the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
  4. Click Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then hit Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then press Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  7. Pick the transactions you would like to import. Then hit Continue.
  8. Click Yes.
  9. When you accept your transactions, tap Done.

Once done, you can now categorize and then reconcile your transactions. It will help you understand your financial health and ensure your books are accurate.

Please click the reply button if you have questions about manually uploading your transactions to QBO. I'm just around to help you. Have a great day!

@stevenbourne50-g

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
