Last month two recurring transactions processed in the middle of the month. All of mine are set for the 1st. It has happened again.

Two customers processed on the first, as scheduled. Then they processed again on the 15th and I had to refund them. Today, I see one of those same customers processed yesterday. How do I fix this. Customers get really mad when you take money without notice.
