Latest QBO iphone app reset mileage log

I updated the QBO app yesterday (August 10th 2023). After the update, I went to manually enter mileage and realized my vehicles, my favorite locations, and past trips were no longer saved. Which means my whole year of mileage appears to be lost.

 

Has anyone else experience this issue? I'm an iPhone user running the latest software at the time of this posting.

I'm here to ensure you're able to see your past trips and saved locations.

 

To isolate this, we can start by refreshing the program to avoid common issues. You can either do it within the app or in your iPhone's settings.

 

In the QBO app, here's how:

 

  1. Tap the Menu (☰) at the top right.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data, then tap Refresh.

 

From your iPhone's settings:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click General and choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  4. Select Offload App to free up the storage without deleting its documents and data.
