Line Item Drag Down

For a vendor bill 

In the line items 

Is it possible to drag down on the following columns: 

Customer 

Class

Product

ALL THREE

 

It is crazy to me we have to input the data individually if it is the same thing above. 

The more line items, the more frustrating this gets. 

Has anyone found a workaround for this?!

I can see how it would be helpful to have the ability to drag down columns. It would help save data time entry.

 

I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

 

You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

Yes, the option to drag down those columns is unavailable in QuickBooks, @userjcrabtree.


With this, I recommend sending feedback as mentioned by my colleague LieraMarie_A. This way, our Product Development team can take a look and might consider this as part of the future enhancements.
