Linking specific invoice form to specific sales order form

In QuickBooks, linking your invoice and sales order can only be done manually. Since you're looking for a way to use a template for another marketplace automatically, let me walk you through this process.

When you create an invoice, you can select any template you want. However, you'll need to choose it manually.

Since you're using multiple marketplaces, the option to automatically link your invoice to a specific template is unavailable. I recommend submitting a feedback request to our engineering team so they can consider adding a feature that will automatically change the template when creating an invoice.

Here's how:

1. On the menu bar, click the Help option.
2. Select the Send Feedback Online option. 
3. Click the Product Suggestion button. 
4. A pop-up window display. Then, enter your suggestion. 
5. Once done, click the Send Feedback button.

In the meantime, you can continue to select the template manually as a workaround while we await updates on this feature.
