I can help you navigate the list of emails that are sent to your customer in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @jpatriarca.

You can access all the emails you've sent to your customers by navigating to the Customer Center in QBDT. This allows you to keep track of your customer's information and review all account activities.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop account.
  2. Go to the Customers menu at the top, then Customer Center.
  3. Select the specific customer, under the Customers & Jobs field.
  4. From the Customer Information form. Hit on the Sent Email tab, and then all the previous emails you sent to your customer will show.

Customer Information window not populating. I only get "Edit Customer" window.

Now can't send reply or attach file:

"Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied."

Attaching files is vital to narrow down the error, jpatriarca. I can share some resolutions to help you get past it and send your reply successfully in the forum.

When adding a file, review the format and size. Please ensure there are no special characters or HTML codes in the body of your message. Check if the file type is supported, as it may also cause the error to appear.

Moreover, the Edit Customer window will only show if you double-click the customer's name. To populate the Customer Information page, select which one from the list then tap the Sent Email tab.

If the issue persists, you can update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release to get the new features and product improvements. Additionally, repair the program if you still encounter the same error.
