Locating funds for a paid invoice

Hi community.

I have paid invoice but could not locate the fund neither in QB account nor mybank account?

It was paid via Tipalti

 

Payment was pocessed today.

 

Please let me know what should I do.

    Why is this a QuickBooks issue?  If the payment was made through Tipalti and it hasn't hit your bank account, shouldn't you be asking Tipalti or your customer?
