I'm unable to replace my logo. When I click to add a new one. It processes then just shows arrows in a circle (see picture attached), the logo does not show or change. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried in 2 different browsers. Thanks

I've checked our records here and found out an open investigation (INV-91466) about this issue. Rest assured, this has already been raised to our product engineers to know the root cause of this unexpected behavior. 

 

For now, I recommend to contact our support team to learn more about the status of the current investigation. You’ll be then added to the list of affected users and will receive updates via email.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  5. Choose how would you like to contact with QB support team.
    • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
    • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.
