Merchant Services with multiple companies
I have QuickBooks Enterprise and manage several companies. Right now I am only able to have one company accept credit cards. I have set up two merchant accounts using our general email, but am not able to set up the second account to receive credit cards. When I go to Customers > Link payment service to company file, it only allows me to transfer the current merchant account. When I click on any of the links to add credit card processing, nothing happens. I need to be able to accept credit cards through multiple companies using one email address and multiple merchant services accounts. Can I do this?
