Message Displayed Field -From Estimate to Invoice

Welcome to the Community, @aHUGEpro. It's good to have you here.

We recognize the need to have an automatic message feature from estimate to invoice. But the option to do it isn't available. 

What we can do is to set a default message from estimate-to-estimate or invoice-to-invoice instead. 

Here's how:

1. At the upper right corner, click the gear icon. 
2. Under "Your Company Tab" go to Account and Settings.
3. Click the Sales tab on the right panel.
4. Select the Messages tab.
5. Choose the desired sales form that you want your default message to be in: Estimate 
   
6. Type in your email message.
7. Scroll down, you can also add another default message for another sales form: Invoices and other sales forms
8. Repeat steps from 5 to 6.
9. Hit, Save and you're done.
