Mileage - Need to change vehicle in past trips in bulk

I got a new vehicle for my business. I have a few uncategorized trips that automatically populated under the old vehicle prior to me getting the chance to update my primary vehicle. This needs to be changed, there are too many transactions to go through one by one. Is there a way to change these uncategorized trips in bulk? If I select all (say 10 on a page) a little header pops up and one of the options is to "Change vehicle" but I can't seem to get that button to actually change the vehicle.

Any insight would be appreciated!

Providing the best experience with the product is what we aim for, BG5280.

I know how beneficial it is to your business to change vehicles in past trips in bulk. However, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We see consumer feedback as an opportunity to improve our products' numerous features. I'd suggest providing direct feedback to our engineers. They may investigate this suggestion and include it in future updates. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Hit Feedback.
  3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

On top of that, you can visit his page to keep updated with the latest software improvements and enhancements with QBO: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online. You'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you. You'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with changing the uncategorized trips in bulk. Check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. We can also do it in QBO by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Apps on the left side menu.
  2. Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
  3. Look for an app that supports the Batch feature.

Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account are best handled by the third-party app provider. Also, to further guide you in managing your account and the growth of your business using QBO, I'd recommend checking out one of our support websites: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, banking, and expenses, to name a few.

Please get back if you have other QuickBooks record-keeping concerns. I'm still here to help. Take care always, and more power to your institution!
