Mileage tracking hasn't worked since the end of August. I tried every fix option available on the internet with no success. I have a Google Pixel.

That said, I recommend contacting them by accessing your account through a web browser. Doing so ensures you'll be added to the affected users list and get timely updates about the issue.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks account using your device's browser.
2. Go to (?) Help and enter your query in the designated field. Then, press the Enter button on your keyboard.
3. Select the Contact Us option, and pick a topic or reinput your concern in the Ask about something else section.
4. Hit Continue and choose a way to reach out to our team:
   • Have us call you - to get a callback from our next available agent.
   • Chat with us - to initiate a conversation with our live chat support.

Please know that our support's availability vary per subscription:
