To import older transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you will need to enter them manually, Camilomen. I am here to assist you every step of the way.

To begin with, once you connected your bank in QBSE only allows 90 days to import transactions. However, for the older transactions you need to import them manually by exporting the data from your bank using CSV file.

After that, here's how to import your transactions to QBSE.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
  3. Select Account Types and click Import Older Transactions.
  4. Choose a file to Browse.

Additionally, here's an article you can visit about adding transactions using CSV files in QBSE: Manually import transactions into QBSE.

Furthermore, I'll share this resource that can help you in the future in organizing your transactions in QBSE: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
