Move from Online back to Desktop

I signed up for Quickbooks at the end of last year. They are now tripling my rate, so I need to either purchase Desktop Pro 2024, or I am going to move to an entirely different accounting program. Has anyone else had this problem. I have called twice and had no help.

Here's a recent help article from Intuit that gives steps to convert from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/import-or-export-data-files/export-and-convert-your-quickbooks-online-data-to-quickbooks/01/186187#M9024

And here's a video that shows the process:

You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2021 US Pro to convert your data from QB Online. Then you can purchase a new license for QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus to upgrade your company file or find a non-subscription license.
