Yes, we can create multiple estimate templates in QuickBooks Online, EandD. However, you will need to manually apply it once you send the sales form to your customers or projects. Here's how:

1. Go to Gear Icon.
2. Select Custom form styles.
3. Select New style, then choose Estimate.
4. Fill out the necessary fields and customize the appearance.
5. Hit Done to save the changes.
   
   

Please be aware that changing the Display and Form sections under the Content tab will also impact other existing estimate templates.
