Must refresh screen every time to move to another screen

This week every time I choose an option that would normally take me to another screen, it doesn't and I am having to refresh to actually move to another screen.

I'd recommend checking your browser. You can open a private window. This way, it can help clear some browser-related concerns.

 

Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:

 

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If the process goes well in the private browser, we can clear the cache and cookies. You can also try different supported browsers available on your computer or device.
