My app has lost the most of the things that I used to do on it. How do I get it back?

Did you recently change devices and reinstall the app? If so, did you follow the steps in this article: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app?

If you didn't change devices, we may need to troubleshoot the application to rule out cache issues affecting the app.

For Android:

Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Tap on Settings.
Select Refresh Data.
Click on Yes.

For iOS:

Go to Settings and select General.
Click on iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
Hit Offload App to free up the storage without deleting its documents and data.
