You have to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had on your previous subscription to resubscribe. You can switch to a different payment method and billing frequency after resubscribing.
If verified that your account is already canceled, you can follow these steps to resubscribe:
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
On the upper right, click the Gear icon then Subscription and billing.
For your QuickBooks plan, choose Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info.
Then press Subscribe.
If your account is still active, you can follow these steps:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
Select Settings ⚙, then Subscriptions and billing.
Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
This will launch the Wallet list. From this view you can:
Edit the payment method used for QuickBooks Online billing.
