Question

My employee had a error message today when trying to clock in saying You were signed out due to no associated companies with your user. Help?

We deleted the app and reinstalled and it did not work.

I think the profile is not being properly linked to your company.

 

Go into your QuickBooks Time account and review the employee's user settings. Ensure that they are correctly associated with your company and that there are no issues with their user permissions. If the employee's account is not properly linked, you can try removing them from the company and sending a new invitation to rejoin. This can often resolve issues with user association.

Sometimes, this issue can be caused by a browser cache problem so ask the employee to clear their browser’s cache or try logging in from another device.
