Can I change the bank card in the Banking Tab to include the register balance? It used to be there and some of my clients still show the register balance.

Hello there, karifos.

The updated Banking page is rolled out for recent and new QuickBooks Online users. Some old users still have the In QuickBooks and Bank balance option. You'll want to view these options in your Chart of Accounts.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. If you don't have these columns yet, click the small gear icon above the ACTION column.
  3. Check the QuickBooks Balance and Bank Balance.

Feel free to use these references for more details on how to manage your accounts:

Keep me posted if you have other questions. Take care!
