My QBO Time Entries aren't carrying forward into payroll or as unbilled income. I have confirmed the entries are all marked as billable but nothing is coming forward.

When entering time entries from QuickBooks Time (QBT) to QBO, it's best to verify the customer's details and service item in the time entry to populate accordingly in QBO. Afterward, you can run payroll or create an invoice.

Here's how:

Step 1: Verify all information, especially in the Customer and Service Item field

1. Navigate to your QBT and click the Time Entries menu from the left navigational panel.
2. Find the employee's name.
3. Click the pencil icon to view the details.
4. If it's not yet approved, you can edit the details.
5. Click Save if you make some changes and press Close if you only view the time entry.

STEP 2: Create Invoice

1. Go to the +New icon.
2. Select the customer's name from the Add customer dropdown.
3. You can click Add if there's a Suggested Transactions that will pop up from the right side of your screen.
4. Review the details in your entry.
5. Click Save and Close.

If you verify that all of the information from the QBT is correct, you can utilize the Export the Approved Time function, then create an invoice and run payroll to see if there are changes.
