My Quickbooks company file is damaged

Hello there,

My customer Quickbooks company file is damaged.

During updating his windows suddenly his laptop power has been lost and his laptop turned off and its windows was damaged all drives were hidden, then he recovered his laptop and the Quickbooks company file is not opening it shoes error 6189 which I attached with this.

 

Please help how to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Odds are the Company data file is fine.  And I would think they also have multiple Backups, unless they've always intentionally said no when QB tries to BU.
