My quickbooks on line suddenly printing dollar amounts in European style [$8.000,00] How do I get it to return to American style [$8,000.00]

If you're referring to the number format, you can change your preferences from the Account and Settings.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Advanced Tab.
4. Under other preferences, select your desired number format from the dropdown.
