Need advice to choose a specific industry or General in Desktop Premier

Can someone give me advice on whether to choose "general business" or "professional services" when setting up my Desktop Premier software?  We own a 5 office physical therapy business.  We outsource our billing of patients/collections, but we do plan to do payroll and pay our bills, enter income and access profit and loss info with QuickBooks with each office set up as a class.  Are there any advantages or disadvantages to choosing the specific industry (professional services) or is better to just choose General? Thanks.
